Tobacco Free North Dakota is concerned about the health and well-being of the people of North Dakota. We envision a health society that chooses not to use tobacco and a state free from death, disease and disability caused by tobacco use.

 Mission

Tobacco Free North Dakota will work toward a healthy society by establishing and protecting North Dakota prevention policies through advocacy activities.

 

Priority Areas

  1. Obtain CDC recommended level of funding for tobacco prevention & cessation in ND
  2. Support local efforts in smoke free policy
  3. Build capacity in state and local tobacco prevention programs
  4. Pass a comprehensive smoke free workplace law in North Dakota
